Goods can only be collected once this form has been completed and approved. Email the completed form to returns@asiatic.co.uk.

All goods must be wrapped in their original packing — or alternatively in heavy-duty bin liners with the ends taped securely. Please be aware that rugs which are not properly wrapped will not be credited.
