Sustainability
We prioritise the creation of high-quality rugs that stand the test of time while continuing to broaden our use of more environmentally considered materials. We explore new innovations where possible, incorporating fibres such as wool, recycled polyester, sisal and jute for their natural and durable qualities.
We take a transparent approach to how our rugs are made, from the materials selected to the techniques used and the packaging they arrive in. All rugs are transported from factory to customer in recycled and recyclable plastic packaging, helping to reduce the use of virgin materials and move towards more circular practices.

We approach our production with deep respect for the skilled craftspeople behind every rug. We encourage and assist our suppliers in upholding fair working standards covering labour rights, health and safety, and environmental performance. This helps ensure working conditions remain safe and accountable throughout the production process.

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an internationally recognised certification. Recycled content in our products are used are traceable and meet social, environmental, and chemical requirements for more sustainable enviroment.
Our membership means our suppliers undergo regular audits and assessments, giving our customers confidence that every rug is produced with people and the planet in mind.
We are committed to improving working conditions across our global supply chain. Sedex membership enables us to collect, share, and act on data covering labour rights, health and safety, the environment, and business ethics.
