Our History

Our story begins in 1960, when Soli Kelaty founded Asiatic Carpets with a simple yet powerful vision - to bring quality rugs from around the world into every home.

For over 60 years, Asiatic Carpets has dedicated itself to the art of floor coverings. What began three generations ago, as a small family business has grown into something much larger, yet never losing sight of the heritage or deep knowledge and respect for craftsmanship, quality, timeless design, and the people who welcome our rugs into their homes.
