Covid-19 Announcement
Like many, we are trying to adjust to the COVID crisis, and are trying to find a way forward for our business.
Now that the peak appears to have been reached, we feel it is time to start to think about life beyond lock down.
Like many other businesses, we will recommence trading in a limited form.
We have drawn up plans so that we will be able to work safely within appropriate government guidelines and we hope to make our first dispatches on 7th May.
With only a skeleton staff, working within these new guidelines things will inevitably take longer, and we hope that you will be able to bear with us during this difficult time.
We need to point out the following additional restrictions that also need to apply until further notice:

While our transport carriers are unable to guarantee service levels, some deliveries might not arrive as quickly as we would normally expect once dispatched.

With limited availability of transport options, it may not be possible to dispatch certain large items which require two man handling

Furthermore, due to the distancing rules, delivery drivers will not be able to collect signature PODS, but will either obtain a name of recipient or a photograph proving delivery.

As such, all dispatches are made on the strict proviso that you will not require a stricter form of POD than we are able to provide.

Furthermore, while we are operating on a skeleton staff only, we will not be able to arrange any returns for the time being, but these will be arranged where appropriate, subject to our return policy, once we have re-instated further members of our customer services team.

Of course we will still require you to notify us within 14 days of any rugs missing upon delivery or arriving damaged in the usual manner.
We are grateful for your continued support through these unprecedented times and we hope we can support your businesses to rebuild though this difficult period.
We hope that together will see the COVID crisis resolved before too long, and we will also see a recovery of the economic well-being of our businesses together.
